KB Home (NYSE: KBH) over the weekend held the grand opening of St. Andrews Park, a new home neighborhood in Allen, Texas, named as one of the best places to live in 2017 by Money® Magazine.

St. Andrews Park’s prime location in Allen offers easy access to major highways, including U.S. Route 75 and State Highway 121, and is convenient to the Allen Event Center arena. With up to seven bedrooms and five bathrooms and ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet, the homes also feature such desirable design characteristics as spacious great rooms, ample storage, flex spaces and kitchen nooks. Pricing begins in the mid-$300,000s.

These energy- and water-saving features are estimated to save home buyers between $1,092 to $1,476 a year in utility costs, depending on the floor plan.
