KB Home (NYSE: KBH) over the weekend held the grand opening of St. Andrews Park, a new home neighborhood in Allen, Texas, named as one of the best places to live in 2017 by Money® Magazine.
St. Andrews Park’s prime location in Allen offers easy access to major highways, including U.S. Route 75 and State Highway 121, and is convenient to the Allen Event Center arena. St. Andrews Park features community hiking and biking trails, pond and common areas. First-rate shopping and dining are minutes away at Allen Premium Outlets and The Village at Allen. KB Home will be constructing 62 one- and two-story new homes and offering eight distinct floor plans at St. Andrews Park.
