As the master developer of Terramor, Foremost Companies will celebrate the grand opening of Van Daele Homes’ new neighborhood, Oakton, at an event on April 27, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public is invited to tour three new professionally decorated model homes and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, desserts and beverages as well as live music, activities and giveaways at The Terrace Club.
Prior to the Oakton Model Grand Opening, the public is invited to the Vista Trail Ribbon-Cutting and Community Hike on April 27 at 10 a.m. The Vista Trail is a 2.5 mile hiking loop that begins near Terramor’s preserved riparian area and works its way up to the nearby hills, with informative signs on the local wildlife and spectacular views of the Santa Ana Mountains.
