Foremost Companies has won three SoCal 2018 awards from the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California for its Terramor community in Temescal Valley, California. This includes master planned community of the year, best brochure for a master plan and best online marketing campaign.

Terramor has won for Master Planned Community of the Year (category 44). The Community of the Year Awards was presented to the BIA Builder/Developer for the best overall marketing and community presentation of a community.

Foremost Companies is amid the grand opening of The Terrace Club at Terramor, one of the community’s most anticipated amenities exclusively for 55+ residents, including a six-acre outdoor recreational area with a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Upon completion, Terramor will include 1,443 single-family homes across sixteen neighborhoods in three phases. Phase one includes six neighborhoods, four of which are specifically dedicated to 55+ buyers. Builders include CalAtlantic Homes A Lennar Company, KB Home, and Del Webb, which are actively selling; and Van Daele Homes, whose neighborhood is under development.

Del Webb’s Cortina and Ardena neighborhoods include 240 single-family homes with a variety of modern styles and floor plans to customize individual homes for the 55+ buyer. Homes at Ardena range in size from 1,579 to 1,865 square feet, with up to two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garages. Homes at Cortina range in size from 1,999 to 2,172 square feet, with up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two-car garages.

The 105 homes in Sterling, CalAtlantic Homes A Lennar Company’s neighborhood, offer features and amenities exclusively for 55+ buyers, with floor plans ranging from 2,206 to 2,483 square feet, with up to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages.

Meanwhile, the 170 homes in KB Home’s two new neighborhoods, Sorrel and Caraway, offer an array of features and amenities for families of all ages. Sorrel includes three floor plans, ranging in sizes from 2,229 to 2,620 square feet, up to five bedrooms, two and a half to four bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Caraway includes three floor plans, ranging in size from 2,282 to 2,787 square feet, with up to six bedrooms, two and a half to four bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Finally, Van Daele Homes’ 55+ neighborhood, Oakton, will deliver 83 single-story residences (with optional second floor decks and entertaining spaces) ranging in size from approximately 2,485 to 3,207 square feet of living space. The homes at Oakton will be available in three distinct floor plans with charming Villa, Provence and Spanish architectural styles.
