Fischer Homes will be holding a review party Wednesday for Reserve at Meadowood, a new home community in Crescent Springs, Kentucky, outside Cincinnati.

This is the company's first opportunity for potential homeowners to learn about the home sites and find out when the community will be released for sale.

The Preview Party will take place beginning at 6 PM on Wednesday, November 7 at the Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center located at 3940 Olympic Boulevard, Erlanger, Kentucky, 41018. There is no cost to attend the event. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

“We are seeing unprecedented demand since we first announced this development,” said Jason Finch, northern Kentucky division manager at Fischer Homes. “We are excited to see the success of Reserve at Meadowood come to fruition and to see so many people eager to get started building their new Fischer Home.”

Reserve at Meadowood is a $38 million development with 76 total home sites. Future homeowners will be able to choose from 10 floor plans from Fischer Homes ‘Masterpiece Collection of homes including five-level, master-down and ranch designs. Homes will initially be priced from the $380’s to the $600’s+.

Reserve at Meadowood is located in a private setting in Crescent Springs, Kentucky, located just minutes from I-75 and I-275 and less than 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The community is located in the Kenton County School District, and parochial schools including St. Joseph and Villa Madonna are also close by.
