Fischer Homes will be building condominiums in The Grove at Park Road, a new community in Fort Wright, Kentucky.
The Grove at Park Road is a $9 million development by Park Road LLC/Berling Engineering and will consist of 42 condominium units.
With demand for low-maintenance homes increasing among buyers, Fischer Homes will be offering its Gallery II Collection condominiums, which will include yard maintenance and snow removal. Buyers will have the option to choose from several floor plans and up to 1,500 square feet of living space. No-step homes and units with attached garages will be available.
“We have seen tremendous success with our Gallery product in Northern Kentucky and are excited to bring this offering to the close-knit communities of Fort Wright and Park Hills,” said Jason Finch, northern Kentucky market president at Fischer Homes. “We expect to see considerable demand for The Grove at Park Road, given the highly desirable location and low maintenance features.”
The Grove at Park Road is in the Kenton County School District and is near several dining and shopping options, including Crestview Hills Town Center. With easy access to both I-71 and I-275, the community is easily accessible to employers in the downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas, including Amazon, St. Elizabeth Healthcare, and Coca-Cola.
Site development work on the property has already begun with the construction of new homes expected to start in the summer of 2020.
