After acquiring Payne Family Homes earlier this year, Fischer Homes is unveiling its first decorated model home in the St. Louis market. Included in the acquisition was Streets of Caledonia located in O’Fallon, Missouri. The community is conveniently located minutes from I-64 and in the Wentzville School District.

The model at Streets of Caledonia—the Asheville—is a two- to three-bedroom townhome with 1,086 square feet of living space that starts in the $250,000s. The community also offers new homes from the builder’s Designer and Maple Street collections of single-family homes, which start in the low $300,000s and include two-story, ranch, five-level, and first-floor owner’s suite floor plans.

Residents will have access to the community’s future planned amenities, which include 25 acres of open space featuring fountained lakes, walking trails, a pool with a clubhouse, covered pavilions, a playground, a dedicated bocce ball area, and a pickleball court. The amenities are set to open in summer 2022.

“We are excited to introduce our first decorated model home to St. Louis,” says Kevin Roy, Fischer Homes St. Louis market president. “The grand opening at Streets of Caledonia is a great opportunity to see all that this extraordinary community has to offer. We expect to see considerable demand for our townhomes, given the highly desirable location, affordability, and low-maintenance features.”

Fischer Homes now has 10 active communities throughout the St. Louis area, with new homes ranging in price from $250,000s to $700,000s and several new communities opening soon.
