Fischer Homes, who entered the Louisville market in 2018 through its purchase of Dogwood Homes, is expanding its footprint there with three new home communities set to release this fall.
Heritage Creek is the first community to be released by Fischer Homes. This community is located south of downtown Louisville in the City of Heritage Creek. Fischer Homes will feature its affordable Maple Street Collection of Homes with prices starting from the $180’s. These new homes will allow homeowners to personalize their home to fit their design style and lifestyle. Heritage Creek is located in the Jefferson County Public School District.
Fischer Homes will be holding a Preview Party for Heritage Creek on Wednesday, October 3 from 6 PM to 7:30 PM at their Tuscany Ridge model home located off Old Bardstown Road, South of Fern Creek. Those who attend will have the opportunity to receive a first look at the home site map, home site premiums, and learn about the timing of the Grand Release.
“We are excited to bring our new home designs to Heritage Creek as the demand for new home construction is there and people will enjoy access to the latest design trends offered through our Maple Street Collection of homes,” said Richard Miles, Louisville Market President at Fischer Homes.
Following the release of Heritage Creek, Fischer Homes will release a new community in La Grange, Ky. called Summit Parks. Offering their Designer Collection, ranch-style living, five-level floorplans, and two-story great rooms will be showcased in several design options. The community is located in the Oldham County School District and is convenient to shopping, dining, and recreation options including Eagle Creek Golf Course and FRP LaGrange Quarry. This will be the first Fischer Homes community in Oldham County.
Catalpa Green in Shelbyville, Ky. is the third Fischer Homes community set to release this fall. This community will feature their Designer Collection of homes, which will present a new product and complement its existing. Catalpa Green is located off Discovery Boulevard within walking distance to Martha Layne Collins High School in the Shelby County Public School District.
