Dan Ryan Builders will be hosting two events for North Carolina Realtors and home buyers from 1-4 p.m. Nov. 11.
In Cary, the builder will be hosting a home buyer grand opening for the Pipers Crossing community. The fall-themed event will feature barbecue and funnel cake food trucks, hot cider, beer and a number of giveaways.
"Pipers Crossing has some unique floor plans that we have not rolled out anywhere else to date," said Jay Lewis, president of Dan Ryan Builders' Raleigh Division. "I am looking forward to showing off these homes and I know potential home buyers will love them."
In Clayton at Flowers Plantation, a customer appreciation block party will offer party goers a cookout, band, craft beer and cider and bounce house.
"We have had such great success in Flowers Plantation, and are fortunate to be able to offer such a wide array of options for all types of buyers," said Lewis. "This event is a fantastic way for us to celebrate the community our residents have built."
The block party is being held in the Forge Creek community at 44 Warm Wind Dr. in Clayton.
Certain homes in Pipers Crossing and the Flowers Plantation's communities offer closing-cost assistance and broker bonuses for homes closing by the end of 2018.
