Century Communities will hold the grand-opening of Paseo at Sendero in Eastvale, California on Saturday, Dec. 1.
Paseo is Century's first single-family home community in Eastvale, and it features new Spanish, Craftsman and Seaside architecture-style homes starting in the mid $500s.
Shane Bouchard, Southern California division president for Century Communities, said, "We are proud to bring our elegant new home development to Eastvale. Growing families will appreciate living in this great resort-style master planned community—a family-friendly gem in the Inland Empire, and close to award-winning schools."
Century Communities' Paseo at Sendero offers home buyers five plans ranging in size from 2,263 to 2,895 square feet, with choices of 3-5 bedrooms, up to 3 baths and 2-car garages. All home plans include a downstairs bedroom, tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms, plus Shaker cabinets, Decora light switches, LED recessed lighting, vinyl sliding doors, dual-pane windows, owner's suite, Roman soaking tub, dual vanities, stainless steel appliances and more.
Paseo at Sendero also offers homeowners access to a resort-style private community pool with recreation center, spa, cabanas, a barbeque area, play parks, an event lawn, sports court, a community trail system, and a 10-acre park. Eastvale is served by the Corona-Norco Unified School District, the largest in Riverside County and the ninth largest in California. Nearby award-winning schools include Rosa Parks Elementary, Dr. Augustine Ramirez Intermediate and Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
Located near the Eastvale Gateway Mall and Ontario Mills for shopping, dining and entertainment, Paseo at Sendero offers easy access to I-15, 71, 60 and Ontario International Airport. Eastvale is also close to the communities of Corona, Norco, Chino and Ontario.
The grand-openeing celebration runs 12–2 p.m. at 6046 Harrison Ave. in Eastvale and includes VIP tours of three new model homes. Visitors can partake of the Kogi Korean BBQ food truck, In-N-Out Burgers, take pictures with Santa Claus, and kids can enjoy a variety of activities. Visitors also can obtain a special passport at the community's recreation center, get it stamped at each neighborhood, and enter a drawing for giveaways.
