Century Communities will host a grand-opening Nov. 3 at Stonebrook in Chino, California, featuring two new neighborhoods, The Bungalows and The Cottages, with homes starting in the low $500s.

The celebration runs 12–2 p.m. at 13844 Farm House Ave. in Chino and includes a live broadcast from KFrog (95.1 FM), an In-N-Out Burger food truck and a raffle to win concert tickets.
