Century Communities, Inc. will host a grand opening celebration at Ridgeview Estates, a new community in Acworth, Georgia, from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 23. The festivities will be held at 6151 Ashbranch Drive in Acworth and include lunch, a VIP tour of the decorated model home and a gift card giveaway.
Developed by Century Communities, Ridgeview Estates will offer six new single-family floor plans starting in the $400s with sizes ranging from 2,757 to 4,015 square feet, 3-6 bedrooms, 2.5-4 baths and 2-car garages. As a bonus for families, the community is close to Ford Elementary School, Durham Middle School and Harrison High School.
"We are excited to open this vibrant new community in the popular West Cobb area of Atlanta. This neighborhood will appeal to a variety of lifestyles with access to economic centers and a host of outdoor recreational opportunities. Come join our celebration and take advantage of grand opening opportunities," said Century Communities' Atlanta Division President Keith Hurand.
Located in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains on the banks of Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona, residents at Ridgeview Estates will enjoy having easy access to camping, swimming, fishing, boating and sailing. Acworth was named an All-America City in 2010 by the National Civic League for its success in programs created by government, business, nonprofit and faith-based organizations. The city's historic Main Street began as a trading route by Cherokee Indians and by the 1920s evolved into a thoroughfare known as the Dixie Highway (now Hwy 41 and I-75). Today, the historic downtown offers a variety of cuisines, boutique shopping and live music.
Homeowners at Ridgeview Estates will also enjoy being near to the Cumberland Mall, Cobb County International Airport, and Little Allatoona Creek. Considered part of the Atlanta metro region, Acworth is also close to Kennesaw and Marietta.
