“I’m so excited to join the Ashton Woods team, especially at a time of such growth,” said Kemp, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes. “The opening of our three newest Triangle-area communities has been a thrilling process to participate in, and I look forward to contributing to many more in the future.”

Kemp brings more than 25 years of industry experience to her new position. Kemp will oversee the entire process of developing the sales team, in addition to overseeing the sales managers across all Triangle-area communities. She will also be responsible for managing sales budgets and strategic planning and forecasting in order to achieve company goals and profitability. Continuing the cultivation of teamwork and an achievement-oriented culture for the department is Kemp’s goal, as she negotiates sales contracts, maintains profit margins, and works closely with the Division President, Jay Gillilan, to complete all aspects of her daily responsibilities.

Kemp has called the Triangle home for 31 years. She is an active member of the Mother Daughter charitable organization, with additional philanthropic pursuits including the Ronald McDonald House, Brown Bag Ministry, Carying Place, United Service Organizations, and Holly Springs Food Cupboard and Gardens.

In addition to its internal growth of a new vice president of sales and marketing, Ashton Woods is also expanding across the Triangle Area with three new communities–Lochridge in Holly Springs and Buckhorn Preserve and Lake Castleberry in Apex. Combined, these communities will offer homes priced from the high $300’s to $600’s, with floor plans ranging in size from 2500-5700+ square-foot options. In addition to extensive personalization options and stunning wooded views, each community will offer easy access to endless dining, entertainment, and cultural opportunities located just minutes down the road.

“The Triangle is a rapidly-growing area that has so much to offer,” said Gillilan. “We’re extremely excited for the opening of our new communities–Lochridge, Lake Castleberry and Buckhorn Preserve, and we’re happy to have a strong leader like Donna join our team, especially, during this time of growth. Her dedication to not only her job, but to her family and community as well, speak to her strong character and leadership abilities, which make her a great fit for our team.”
