LGI Homes announced it is now selling a collection of single-family homes within the Luckey Ranch community in San Antonio. Additionally, the builder’s Terrata Homes brand is selling homes within The Colony, a master-planned community in Bastrop, Texas.
The collection of homes at Luckey Ranch range in size from 1,356 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms to just over 2,100 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. According to LGI, each home in the community includes a spacious family room; a fully equipped kitchen; alley-load, attached garages; and an array of included upgrades. Homes within the collection, built with LGI Homes’ CompleteHome package, feature a full suite of stainless steel Whirlpool kitchen appliances, granite countertops, 36-inch upper wood cabinetry with crown molding, vinyl plank flooring, and fully fenced back yards. The homes also include energy-efficient features such as programmable thermostats; double-pane, low-E vinyl windows; and LED flush mount Energy Star lights. Homes in Luckey Ranch are priced from the $280,000s.
The Luckey Ranch community is located just off Highway 90 in San Antonio, with access to major employers as well as shopping and dining opportunities. The community features a $2 million sports park with multiple playgrounds, a splash pad, a basketball court, a soccer field, and a 7-acre fishing lake.
Terrata Homes’ The Colony community is situated off Highway 21 near Austin, with access to McKinney Roughs Nature Park and the Colorado River. The Colony features amenities such as a swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, a dog park, and walking trails.
Terrata Homes is constructing single-family homes at The Colony ranging from 1,801 square feet with three bedrooms to just over 2,300 square feet with five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Each Terrata home features an open layout, a chef-inspired kitchen, added flex rooms, and high-end upgrades and finishes included at no additional cost. The homes feature a full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry with crown molding, vinyl plank flooring, faux wood blinds on all operable windows, and designer light fixtures. The homes at The Colony are priced starting in the mid-$400,000s.
