In Bethesda, Maryland, Tri Pointe Homes has announced the opening of its single-family and townhome models at Amalyn, a luxury new-home community. The community, developed by Toll Brothers, includes 302 total residences crafted by two of the area’s builders.
As a part of its Harmony Collection, Tri Pointe Homes is now selling 29 single-family homes. With two home design options, the single-family floor plans offer 4,690 to 5,954 square feet of living space, four- to seven-bedrooms, three-and-a-half to seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-bay garage.
Both models include spacious kitchens with extra-large pantries, quartz countertops, and oversized islands. The new homes also include a primary suite with a spa-quality bathroom and two walk-in closets, 10-foot ceilings on the main living level and 9-foot ceilings on all other levels, a two-story great room (per plan) and flexible options for the lower-level and outdoor living spaces.
“Amalyn provides the highly sought-after accessibility to downtown Bethesda while giving residents a sense of serenity with its tucked-away location,” says Brad Blank, president of Tri Pointe Homes D.C. Metro Division. “Bringing timeless designs and elegant features to each home style, home buyers can enjoy an elevated living experience.”
From 2,664 to 3,520 square feet, the company’s Origin Collection of 110 townhomes offers four design options. Buyers can choose from three- to four-bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms with a two-bay garage. The urban-inspired townhomes include spacious kitchens with quartz countertops, large islands, and covered terraces and decks. All Tri Pointe Homes single-family homes and townhomes are equipped with the builder’s signature LivingSmart package.
A 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with indoor and outdoor fitness facilities and club rooms, a Zen garden, and park and walking trails are offered in the amenity package. A resort-style aquatics area also features a pool, water lounge, splash pads, sun deck, private cabanas, and an outdoor bar.
