The Cliffs, a collection of luxury residential communities in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, has announced the opening of 52 homesites across three new communities. Golf Ridge at The Cliffs at Mountain Park will offer 19 homesites adjacent to Gary Player’s Mountain Park golf course, Solstice Park at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs will offer 28 homesites near the master plan’s park amenities, and Lake Ridge at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs will consist of five homesites near the forthcoming Lake Club.
“We are pleased to launch these new ownership opportunities at The Cliffs at Mountain Park and The Cliffs at Keowee Springs,” says Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs. “Each homesite is ideally located, and owners will benefit from existing and planned state-of-the-art amenities, which continue to be in high demand across our seven communities.”
The homes at Golf Ridge, which range from 2,785 to 3,457 square feet in size, feature open floor plans, open-air living spaces, and summer kitchens and patio fireplaces as add-on options. Homesites are either directly on the Gary Player golf course or offer golf course views, and prices range from $999,999 to $1.29 million.
Solstice Park’s homes range from 2,785 to 3,457 square feet in size, with a choice of four traditional-style floor plans in rustic and contemporary designs. All sites include golf cart path access, proximity to the upcoming Keowee Springs clubhouse, protected green space, and paths for walking and biking. Owners will have the option of leasing a nearby dock slip. Pricing ranges from $1.029 million to $1.329 million.
In addition to Landing Lake Club access, the homes at Lake Ridge will offer proximity to the community’s Tom Fazio-designed golf course, as well as the Beach Club sandy lakeside beach. Each custom home is designed by David Thompson of Thompson Architects, and offers four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and 3,700 square feet of indoor space. Pricing starts at $1,750,000.
“As inventory continues to stay at an all-time low, Cliffs Builders is thrilled to deliver new ownership opportunities in special neighborhoods within The Cliffs through this release,” says Chris Calloway, vice president of development for The Cliffs. “These new options also provide prospective owners the unique ability to build through an expedited and streamlined process that doesn’t compromise quality.”
Home prices at The Cliffs range from $500,000 to over $6 million. A club membership, available for separate purchase, offers access to the community’s seven clubhouses and golf courses, as well as wellness centers, tennis and pickleball complexes, a marina, the Beach Club and Lake Club, an equestrian center, restaurants and private event venues, and over 2,000 programs and special events.
