Freehold Communities has announced Schell Brothers as the newest builder at Durham Farms, an amenity-rich master plan in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Built with “Schellter Technology,” the homes include 6-inch exterior walls with R-23 blown-in insulation, tankless water heaters, and a variety of energy-saving green features plus Schell Brothers' latest smart home technology, HomeIQ, to help reduce utility bills.
