Following its virtual grand opening in April, Mattamy Homes has announced the opening of its four new model townhomes at the Volanti community in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Each of the models—Marianna, Ormond, Sebring, and Venice—range between 1,667 and 2,574 square feet in size, with three to four bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths.

Volanti will offer a total of 200 homesites, priced from the low $300,000s. The gated community will feature family-friendly amenities, including a pool with an open-air pavilion, a barbecue area, and a fire pit.

The community will also provide free lawn maintenance, and residents will not have to pay Community Development District fees.

“Mattamy Homes is delighted to open these new, thoughtfully designed townhomes in one of the Suncoast’s most desirable locations,” said Lisette Minnick, vice president of sales for Mattamy’s Tampa and Southwest Florida division. “The community is ideally located in a peaceful setting, but close to everything any home buyer could want or need.”

The models are open for tours daily, with private tours available by appointment.
