Mattamy Homes announced the grand opening of The Preserve at La Paloma, a 55+ neighborhood in Sun City Center, Florida. Base prices for homes in the community start from the mid-$300,000s.
The Preserve at La Paloma features 104 attached villas and single-family homes, with a select number of water-view homesites available. Mattamy is offering five single-family designs and two attached villa plans in the community.
The homes, ranging from two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half baths, feature two-car garages and open-concept floor plans. All homes at The Preserve at La Paloma provide a flex room, private office, or study and include stainless steel appliances, an island kitchen, covered screened lanais, and paver driveways. The gated, private community is part of the Villages of Cypress Creek in Sun City Center. The community is located in close proximity to shopping, dining, golf, and multiple recreational opportunities.
