LGI Homes announced Terrata Homes is selling a collection of single-family homes at its Summit at Liberty 55+ community in Rio Vista, California Homes in the community are priced from the high-$500s.

New homes in the series by Terrata Homes range between 1,912 and 2,300 square feet with up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each home comes with fully equipped, chef-inspired kitchens, and added flex rooms. The four single-story floor plans in the Summit at Liberty community come complete with upgraded, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a gas cooktop and double oven, granite countertops, oversized gray cabinetry with crown molding, and a white subway tile backsplash. Buyers will also find the homes equipped with designer light fixtures, wood-style flooring, 2-inch faux-wood blinds, programmable thermostats, and included solar panels.
Home to Club Liberty, a $9 million amenity complex, Summit at Liberty offers numerous modern-designed meeting spaces and crafting rooms, a resort-style pool, and a fitness center.
