Lennar has commenced sales at Senseny Village, a master-planned community in Winchester, Virginia, with 107 one- and two-story single-family homes. Pricing will begin in the upper $469,000s for homes without a basement and the upper $499,900s for homes with a basement.
Homes at Senseny Village will range between 1,803 and 3,344 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half baths. The community will feature six Lennar home designs with options for basements in the single-family models and up to three stories with a front-load garage in the townhome models.
“Model homes for Senseny Village will open in 2023, but we know that demand and interest won’t wait,” says Lennar Virginia/MD-DC metro/West Virginia division president Matt Wineman. “To support the home buyers who want to act now, we have opened our Welcome Home Center and are initiating home sales immediately for this beautiful Frederick County community.”
Lennar says each home in the community will feature generous living and kitchen spaces, spacious owner’s suites, and modern technology upgrades with six exterior styles: traditional, craftsman, cottage, victorian, farmhouse, and federal. Each home at Senseny Village is a Lennar Connected Home, which includes an eero Pro 6 smart home hub, a Ring alarm and video doorbell, a MyQ Chamberlain smart garage hub, a Flo by Moen smart water detector, a Honeywall Pro smart thermostat, and a Level Bolt invisible smart lock. The homes in the community also will come with Lennar’s Everything Included program, where the builder’s popular options and upgrades are built into the base price of the home. At Senseny Village, the upgrades and options will include granite kitchen countertops with backsplashes, GE stainless steel appliances, Shaker-style cabinetry, low-VOC interior paint, and other curated interior touches and designer fixtures.
The master-planned community will feature open green space and two planned tot lots. Senseny Village is located in the Shenandoah Valley and is minutes from the shops, stores, and services of historic Old Town Winchester and Apple Blossom Mall.
