Landsea Homes announced the grand opening of Greenpointe at Eastmark, a new neighborhood within the Eastmark master-planned community in Mesa, Arizona.

Greenpointe at Eastmark will consist of 209 one- and two-story single-family homes in four classic and open-concept floor plans. The homes range from about 1,500 square feet to more than 1,850 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms plus lofts. Pricing begins at $389,990.

“Eastmark has been consistently ranked one of the best master-planned communities to live in the greater Phoenix metro area,” says Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Arizona division of Landsea Homes. “Greenpointe brings an all-new neighborhood to Eastmark, and buyers have quickly become drawn to our high-performance homes, the innovative community amenities, and nearby conveniences that meet all lifestyle needs.”

All homes feature Landsea Homes’ high-performance features, including REME Halo air purifiers, and LiveFlex options that allow residents to customize the space to their tastes, wants, and needs.

The Eastmark community sprawls over 3,200 acres and integrates the new-home amenities with built-in parks, greenery, walking trails, the Mark community center, and Steadfast Farm, a 2-acre working farm with fresh produce, flowers, and eggs for sale.

Eastmark is in the heart of the city of Mesa, which is east of Phoenix and Tempe and just minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona and features retail and entertainment options, plus a highly ranked school system. For recreational lovers, Eastmark is on the doorstep of popular lakes including Saguaro Lake, Canyon Lake, and Lake Roosevelt, as well as Tonto National Forest.
