HistoryMaker Homes has started sales at Artesia Village in La Porte, Texas. This marks the second community in the Houston area for which HistoryMaker serves as both the developer and the builder.

Artesia Village offers seven floor plans for 40-foot homesites priced from the $250,000s, with five of the seven base plans base-priced from less than $300,000. Homes range from 1,440 to more than 2,918 square feet in size, with custom options for up to seven bedrooms, five full baths, and a three-car garage.

The 19-acre community will contain 82 homes on completion and is within an easy commute of DuPont, NASA, Crown Central Petroleum, and Boeing as employers.
