Huntsville, Ala.-based Davidson Homes is expanding its presence in the Raleigh, N.C. market with the opening of its model home at the Hasentree community in Wake Forest.

Hasentree, developed and built primarily by Toll Brothers, is a resort-style community located minutes away from Raleigh and Research Triangle Park. It incorporates over 350 acres of open community space, and features a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, 16,500-square foot golf clubhouse, and 13,500-square foot clubhouse with three swimming pools, six lighted tennis courts and a fitness center. Optional memberships are required to use the golf and club amenities.

“This announcement demonstrates our unwavering commitment to serving the needs of home buyers throughout the Raleigh market,” says Adam Davidson, president and CEO of Davidson Homes. “We are thrilled to be part of this outstanding community and to continue providing our customers with expertly crafted, affordable homes.”

The builder will offer four of its floor plans at Hasentree – the Camelia, Darden, Dogwood and Faraday – each priced from the $460,000s to the $500,000s. Each home plan features a first-floor owners’ suite and open-concept floor plan, and ranges from 2,700 to 3,200 square feet in size.

“Our involvement in Hasentree and our other communities solidifies our presence in North Carolina, and we look forward to further expanding in one of the country’s most desirable markets,” says Brad Nelson, division president for Davidson Homes, who is based in Raleigh. “…We have great initial interest for our Hasentree homes, as well as for our existing townhomes, and we’re already working on designs and plans for more communities in the area.”

Davidson Homes entered the North Carolina market in 2018, and announced plans to build new communities in Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Wake Forest. It is currently selling townhomes in two Raleigh-area communities, Bridgewater in Holly Springs and Salem Creek in Apex, and intends to announce at least three new communities in Raleigh by 2020.
