Coventry Homes has announced the start of new-home sales at Escondido, a master-planned community in Magnolia, Texas, in the Houston metro. The builder is offering a choice of 15 one- and two-story floor plans, ranging between 1,739 and 3,336 square feet in size and priced from the upper $200,000s.
“Escondido is a charming community where homeowners can relax and enjoy life,” says Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “The wide range of flexible floor plans we are offering will ensure that home buyers find a home that meets their needs and budget.”
Each home features up to five bedrooms, island kitchens, two-car garages, and covered patios. Some floor plans include flex rooms, butlers’ pantries, and formal dining rooms, and upgrade options include studies, playrooms, Texas-sized covered patios, outdoor kitchens, media rooms, and wine rooms.
Amenities will include a community lake with catch-and-release fishing, a shaded pavilion, and a park and children's playground. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are available at The Woodlands and Westwood Village, and nearby Unity Park offers sport courts, trails, a splash pad, picnic tables, and an amphitheater.
