Century Communities has announced that its Century Complete 3D-printed homes at Mountain View Estates in Casa Grande, Arizona, are now available for online purchase. With three single-story floor plans up to four bedrooms and 1,901 square feet, the robotically printed homes include popular finishes like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

"This is a significant breakthrough not just for Century Complete but also for the housing industry and home buyers looking for cutting-edge construction at an affordable price," says Genji Nakata, executive vice president of national operations for Century Communities.

From the upper $200,000s, the homes’ smooth interior and exterior concrete composite walls offer noise reduction, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The composite walls are durable, high-quality construction built by a full-stack automated assembly all while having a traditional look at feel.

The community, which was announced in early 2022, will include 72 homes located between Phoenix and Tucson, with quick access to downtown Casa Grande and outdoor recreation.

"We are thrilled to debut this new technology in Casa Grande, showcasing the traditional aesthetic that our buyers love but with industry-leading concrete printed walls designed for durability, energy-efficiency, and noise reduction," says Greg Huff, president of Century Complete.

"Just as important, this sustainable and scalable construction model further expands on our mission to provide affordable new homes that keep the dream of homeownership within reach."
