Century Communities has announced the opening of four new communities in the Greater Atlanta area. The communities—Riverwood in Dallas, Summit Pointe in Dallas, Rockwell Meadows in Winder, and Chimney Oaks in Homer—add 243 homesites combined to Century’s Atlanta footprint.
All four communities offer a versatile selection of single-family homes with high-quality, included features. “Starting from the $300,000s, these exciting new communities are spread across fast-growing and highly desirable locations in the Atlanta metro area,” says Monica Phillips, Atlanta vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re eager for home buyers to tour our new models, explore available homes, and find their perfect combination of dream home and location.”
From the mid-$400,000s, Riverwood has 52 homesites and four two-story floor plans. The floor plans, up to 3,075 square feet, offer three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three baths with two-bay garages. A pool, a clubhouse, tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball courts, and pickleball are some of the community’s amenities. Its location provides quick access to local parks, the Silver Comet Trail, Atlanta, and Lake Allatoona.
Also in Dallas, Summit Pointe features single-family homes from the high $300,000s with five two-story plans up to 2,802 square feet. From three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three baths, each home has a two-bay garage. The 95 homesites have access to a pool, a cabana, and a playground.

In up-and-coming Winder, Rockwell Meadows has 58 homesites for three- to five-bedroom, two-and-a-half to four-bath homes with two- to three-bay garages. The four single- and two-story floor plan options range up to 3,403 square feet.
The 38 homesites of Chimney Oaks will have single-family homes from the high $300,000s. With six single- and two-story floor plans to choose from, the homes range from two to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half-baths as well as up to 3,115 square feet. Residents of Chimney Oaks will enjoy a clubhouse, tennis courts, a trail, a golf course, and an Olympic-size pool.
