Camelot Homes has announced the opening of two new home communities, Heirloom at Morrison Ranch and The Villas at Seven Desert Mountain, which will add a total of 105 new homes in the greater Phoenix area.
Heirloom at Morrison Ranch is located in Gilbert, Ariz., and will cover 56 homes on quarter-acre lots. The community offers four one- and two-story plans that range from 3,000 to 5,400 square feet in size, with up to six bedrooms. Prices are expected to range from the $700,000s to the $800,000s.
The Villas at Seven Desert Mountain will be located at the Desert Mountain gated golf community in Scottsdale, Ariz., on the newest golf course, No. 7 at Desert Mountain. The 49 homes in this community will range from 2,700 to 4,900 square feet, with contemporary designs and elevators in the two-story plans. Prices will range from $1.5 to $1.9 million.
The community’s homeowners will either become lifestyle or equity golf members of the Desert Mountain club (subject to membership approval), granting them access to Desert Mountain’s spa and fitness center, tennis complex, private hiking and biking trails, seven clubhouses, and nine restaurants. Desert Mountain’s seven golf courses are restricted to equity members.
“These two highly-anticipated new communities on opposite ends of the Valley encompass everything we love about Arizona, while broadening Camelot’s footprint,” says Trent Hancock, VP of Sales and Marketing. “With nearly 60 years of home building experience, we are proud to announce these new developments as significant milestones for Camelot Homes.”
