Arizona-based Camelot Homes has announced the opening of five new luxury home communities, which will add more than 100 new homes to the Greater Phoenix area.
The communities, named Paradigm, Shadow Ridge, Skye View, Stone Crest, and Willow, range in location from North Scottsdale to North Central Phoenix to South Gilbert and will all begin presales this summer.

Paradigm
Located amid the foothills of the Lookout Mountain Preserve and surrounded by hiking trails and desert golf, Paradigm is a 12-lot gated community coming soon to North Phoenix. The community is a collaboration between G3 by Camelot Homes and Circle Road, featuring one- and two-story contemporary designs by local award-winning architecture firm The Ranch Mine.
Floor plans range from 2,400 to 3,712 square feet and offer desert views, a focus on indoor-outdoor living, and innovative options such as car-lift garages. This is the first G3 by Camelot Homes community, which is an introductory brand named for the third generation of the Hancock family and led by Trent and Chase Hancock.
