Artisan Built Communities is underway on a new decorated model home at Heritage Pointe at The Georgian, an active-adult community inside a larger, all-age master-planned community in Dallas, Georgia. The home will serve as both a model of the Braselton floor plan and the sales center for the builder’s 19 Heritage Pointe homesites.
The Braselton floor plan ranges from 1,792 to 2,032 square feet in size, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on a single level in the base plan. The main-level owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet, while the kitchen offers a large center island and breakfast area, granite countertops, and Samsung stainless steel appliances. An extra room can be utilized as a dining room or study, and an optional upgrade adds a second floor with a third bedroom. Outdoor living spaces include a covered front porch and covered patio, with the option to add a patio fireplace.

The community is located on The Frog, The Georgian’s golf course. Homeowners will have access to a future active-adult amenity center, as well as the main amenity center for The Georgian, which includes a resort-style water park, a clubhouse, playgrounds, a tennis center, and group activities.
