Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based single-lot new home replacement builder Thomas James Homes USA has announced the expansion of its new home design catalog, adding ten new floor plans to make a total of 38 available home options.

The semi-custom builder’s floor plans and elevations are designed to match the character of the California neighborhoods in which they are placed. New floor plans include the Alder, Oak, Magnolia, Elm, Noble, Reed, Madrone, Olive, Candlewood and Cypress Collections, each available in a variety of elevations.

“We build high-quality new homes in some of the most iconic neighborhoods in the state, if not the country,” says Tommy Beadel, chief executive officer and one of the founders of Thomas James Homes. “We always endeavor for our homes to match the personalities of their owners and their neighborhoods. A Thomas James home offers the best of both high-demand locations and high-quality construction, infused with the personal touches that make a house feel like home.”

Clients can build on a lot they own, purchase a showcase home, or build on one of the lots Thomas James owns across the state, including sites in Los Angeles and the Bay Area. The builder has completed more than 600 homes since 2013, and has built and sold more than $1 billion in homes in Los Angeles alone.

“We recognize that the city of Los Angeles was developed in the post-depression and post-war eras; most of the available housing has become functionally obsolete,” Beadel adds. “Whether our buyers choose to build on their homesite, build on one of our homesites, or customize one of our existing showcase homes, we aim to bring quality housing stock to key California markets that seem starved for it.”
