Part of the larger Orange County Great Park master plan by developer FivePoint Holdings in Irvine, California, the Rise neighborhood offers a mix of traditional and contemporary homes that range from single-family to attached and sit alongside a continuous pedestrian green with gardens, parks, and quiet refuges.

Rise Park, by design firms Studio One Eleven and BrightView, threads the entire site and is walkable from most homes. At one end, The Overlook, a large triangular terrace with modern sun shades and various dining spaces, allows residents to gather with good friends and great food. The angles of the elevated deck point to the summer and winter solstice sunset locations, which give guests ideal views of Saddleback Mountain and greater Irvine. At ground level, children can explore water elements and unique play structures.

At the opposite end, The Sanctuary gardens create a sense of balance for the mind and body by incorporating empty (yin) and occupied (yang) activity spaces. The central area of the park offers more amenities, including a community building, an Olympic-sized pool, and more play options geared toward children.
