Award: Best Built-for-Rent Community Product Design
Architect/Designer: KTGY
Developer: H.G. Fenton
Size: 1,041 to 2,237 square feet
Location: Carlsbad, California

The two- to four-story townhomes balance indoor-outdoor living to capitalize on a location steps from Ponto Beach in Carlsbad, California. Select models feature private rooftop terraces to enhance the connection to the beach. The color and material palettes for the homes draw from the coastal landscape, rendered in coastal modern, California contemporary, and seaside chic styles. The three signature collections feature a different lot location and lifestyle focus: rooftop decks, private backyards, and bonus flex space.

In addition to the beach, residents have access to a range of shared amenities,
including a tot lot, hammock garden, dog park, putting greens, barbeque area, and pickleball court.
