Designed to meet the challenges of healthy living, working, and playing from home, the Vitality Collection in Thrive Home Builders’ Central Park neighborhood in Denver combines modern home conveniences with sustainable building practices.

Targeting move-up buyers, the two-story Revive model features 2,522 to 3,393 square feet, three to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a three-car garage. The plan—designed by architecture firm DTJ Design—is offered in two elevations, farmhouse and Craftsman, and includes a 42-foot-wide covered front porch to welcome homeowners and their guests into the home.

Inside, the design focuses on a dramatic entrance using the stairs and volume ceiling to open the space and flows directly into the great room, outfitted with a gourmet kitchen featuring a large island and an adjacent dining nook that overlooks the rear covered patio.

Numerous flex spaces, including a traditional first-floor study, an upper-level loft, and a basement, were incorporated to address changing homeowner needs resulting from the pandemic.

Besides its face-value features, Thrive Home Builders aims to construct homes to the highest standards of sustainability and health, utilizing industry programs such as LEED, EPA’s Indoor airPLUS, Zero Energy Ready Homes, and Energy Star.

Both the Revive and its sister plan, the Renew, boast a HERS score of 15 or less, reports Thrive. The homes utilize a battery storage system, a smart home energy monitor system, advanced HVAC controls, and air quality sensors. In addition, the indoor air quality systems are enhanced by active radon systems, advanced MERV 16 air filtration, and ERV ventilation to draw clean, fresh air into the homes and remove stale air so owners can live and breathe easier.
