Pepper Viner Homes has been named Builder of the Year by the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA) for the seventh time.

“We are honored to be ranked with Tucson’s best home builders. But, most of all we appreciate the confirmation from our peers that what we are doing is working and that together we are building a better community”, said Bill Viner, Pepper Viner Homes CEO. There were twelve builders vying for this year’s award.

Established in 1985, Pepper Viner Homes is known for its innovative approach to home building and expertise in making the highest standards of construction and energy savings affordable.

“Pepper Viner’s primary focus has always been to meet the needs of our customers,” Viner explained. “We understand clearly that the best chance for developing rapport with customers is to first build relationships with the people that surround you. Consequently, any success we have is rooted in our knowledgeable people, loyal trade and financial partners and a collective commitment to our home buyers."

In 2018 Pepper Viner closed 120 new homes in the Tucson market. Pepper Viner’s latest turn at making sure they meet the needs of all their clients brought their innovation to fill voids in neighborhoods left from vacant school sites with its Elementary Place and Schoolyard communities; completing an abandoned community on Tucson’s west side known as Silverbell Commons; as well as vacant infill opportunities such as Park Modern and Camino Modern.

Pepper Viner, located at 5633 East Grant Road, has 36 full time employees.
