Categories
Entries are judged only against other builders in the same unit volume range. The size categories vary depending on the entries received.
Eligibility
All builders who build single-family homes are eligible to enter.
If you have won the America’s Best Builders award within the past five years, however, you may not enter.
Judging
A panel of industry experts will choose the 2013 award winners. The panel includes builders, home building consultants and past winners.
