Builder 100 executives debate industry issues.

Senior executives from 60 of the home building industry’s biggest companies gathered at the 18th annual Builder 100 conference to network and discuss the future of the housing industry.The invitation-only event was held at the Four Seasons in Scottsdale, Ariz. In 2003, the Builder 100 firms generated $108 billion in revenue—a 25 percent increase over 2002. Among those in attendance:
