A Woman’s Touch

A recent survey of 5,486 prospective buyers by American Home Guides found that more than 60 percent of the survey’s respondents were women, 73 percent of whom were under 45 years old. The survey says the typical online home buyer is a 26- to 35-year-old woman with an annual household income of $50,000 to $100,000. This buyer is looking for a single-family home priced between $100,000 to $250,000 somewhere in the southern United States.
