KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Wednesday announced the grand opening of Katy Manor, located in the west Houston suburb of Katy, Texas, near Interstate 10 and the Grand Parkway, offering an easy commute to the Energy Corridor and a variety of employment centers in the region.
KB is offering a total of 17 one- and two-story floor plans in two distinctive collections—Katy Manor Preserve and Katy Manor Trails—with homes that range in size from 1,585 to 3,353 square feet. The homes offer three to five bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half baths. Pricing begins in the high-$100,000s.
The new community is located within the highly-recognized Katy Independent School District and a few minutes from Katy Mills shopping center and La Centerra, both of which offer a variety of shopping and dining options. Residents will enjoy the close proximity to Katy Park and Mason Creek Hike and Bike Trail. Future community amenities will include two splash pads with covered sitting area, a pavilion with restrooms and a children’s playground.
KB Home will host a grand opening event on Saturday, February 11th from noon to 3 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy food and refreshments, and to tour five elegantly appointed model homes.
