BeHomeWise recently went live with E-Leads, software that passes Internet sales leads through a gateway managed by BeHomeWise directly to builder salespeople. Robb Cohen, CEO of BeHomeWise, says the Washington Post Co.’s New Homes Guide started using E-Leads in September, and American Home Guides was also up and running in the early fall. Cohen says SalesSimplicity and FAST users will start using E-Leads this fall, and consortium Builder Homesite will also use E-Leads for its new-homes Web site.
