The firm’s Most-Trusted Study seeks to understand the opinions of home shoppers, with trust measured through its net trust quotient score. In the latest study, 51,209 customers shopping for a new home were surveyed, and Taylor Morrison captured a five-star rating with the highest net trust quotient score of 123.6.
After Taylor Morrison, the most-trusted home builders, in order, are Ashton Woods, Stanley Martin, Tri Pointe Homes, LGI Homes, K. Hovnanian, Mattamy Homes, Century Communities, Richmond American, Toll Brothers, Highland Homes, M/I Homes, David Weekley, Meritage Homes, Beazer Homes, D.R. Horton, Pulte Homes, Ryan Homes, Lennar, and KB Home.
For the Most-Trusted Active Adult Resort Builder Study, Lifestory Research once again found Trilogy by Shea Homes as the most-trusted brand. The 2022 ranking is based on 16,053 opinions of people surveyed between January and December 2021 in the U.S.
“Trilogy received the best reviews and trust ratings among the most popular active-adult resort builder brands as judged by consumers,” reports the firm. As America's Most-Trusted Active Adult Resort Builder, Trilogy by Shea Homes obtained a net trust quotient score of 125.4 and earned a five-star trust rating among people actively shopping for an active-adult home.
A total of seven companies were identified on the active-adult list after Trilogy. The most-trusted brands, in order, are K. Hovnanian Four Seasons, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, Del Webb, Lennar, and The Villages (Florida.)
Lastly, for the Most-Trusted Manufactured Home Builder Study, Lifestory Research discovered that Skyline Homes is the most-trusted brand for the second consecutive year.
As America's Most-Trusted Manufactured Home Builder, Skyline Homes obtained a net trust quotient score of 107.7 and earned a five-star trust rating among people actively shopping for a manufactured home.
The top nine companies behind Skyline Homes on the manufactured list include Genesis Homes, Cavco Homes, Fairmont Homes, Champion Homes, Clayton Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, Fleetwood Homes, Legacy Housing, and Chariot Eagle.
