In two short months, senior executives from America’s largest volume home builders will gather at the 35th annual Builder 100 Housing Leadership Summit.

Hosted from May 6 to 8 at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, California, this exclusive event explores topics most relevant to senior-level builders, developers, and sales and marketing executives to discuss and share ideas focused on improving their top and bottom lines.

“The theme for 2024 Builder 100 is ‘Shaping Tomorrow’s Success,’” says Siobhan O’Kane, vice president of programming at Zonda. “We’ve carefully curated an agenda that combines inspirational keynotes and peer-to-peer discussions with practical tactics aimed at helping leaders navigate the ever-changing economic and technological landscape. A key topic is artificial intelligence (AI), and we’ll tackle this from a few angles including how AI may reshape industry decision-making and what leaders need to do now to future proof their companies.”
