By BUILDER Magazine Staff. Vantage Controls now offers the RadioLink Integration Package, a complete system for home automation that controls a home’s audio, video, lighting, and HVAC. The package includes two VCR-like boxes: the RadioLink CBox master, which is the main controller, and TheatrePoint, which lets homeowners control audio and video components. The system also includes WebPoint, software that lets homeowners use any device with a Web interface, such as home computers or Palm Pilots, to control any component or function on the system. Other features include wall-box dimmers, plug relays, dimmers for lamps, and a wireless RS-232 station, which homeowners can use to wirelessly communicate with most high-end touchscreens and projectors. The whole package starts at $5,800.
