Having built more than 16,000 homes in Canada since 1979, Shane Homes has entered the U.S. marking its debut in Rockwall, Texas. Starting with opening a model home in Park Hills last fall, Shane Homes has also entered Gideon Grove, another new community near Dallas.

“Our goal is not simply to enter the Dallas market. It is to raise what buyers can expect from a home builder. From craftsmanship to communication, we are delivering a level of quality and personalization that has not been widely available here,” says Dave Rickett, president of Shane Homes Dallas.

The company’s “Love It or Customize It” program allows buyers to personalize floor plans before construction begins, with the ability to move walls and rooms, and adjust the footprint when the lot allows. The personalized structural floor plan customization sets them apart, Shane Homes says.

In Texas, Shane Homes is offering 13 floor plans ranging from approximately 2,500 to more than 4,000 square feet priced within the mid-$500,000s to upper $800,000s. Oversized garages, 8-foot solid-core interior doors, and 2-by-6 exterior wall construction comes standard in all Shane Homes builds.
