The Brand Use Study reveals Builders' favorite products.

Methodology The Brand Use Study was sponsored by Hanley Wood, LLC, publisher of BUILDER magazine, and conducted by Readex, an independent research company based in Stillwater, Minn. A sample of 11,700 was selected from BUILDER’s domestic qualified “builder,” “builder/developer,” and “general contractor” circulation of 73,998 print subscribers. The data was collected from Aug. 2 to Sept. 24, 2012. The findings cited are based on 2,854 usable responses (24 percent of the survey sample), and the margin of error is +/-1.8 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
