Fischer Homes has three new communities in Northern Kentucky opening in the first quarter of 2018.
Whitestone Links is Fischer Homes’ newest development in Florence, Kentucky and is adjacent to Boone Links Golf Course. This community will feature their new Paired Patio and Paired Townhome products, as well as a clubhouse with a fitness facility and gathering space. The starting price is $195,000 for the first buyers within the community and includes 2,100 square feet of living space with a finished basement. With 71 homesites, the development is valued at nearly $13 million. Fischer Homes will release the Paired Patio Homes for sale on Friday, February 2.

Paired Patio will have the desirable low maintenance feature that comes standard with our Patio Home communities, at an affordable price. The first homes are currently under construction and should be completed within the next 30 days.”
Another community opening in Northern Kentucky is Tanner’s Cove. This Hebron, Kentucky community will feature the newly designed Paired Patio Homes, a limited number of Patio Homes, and Condominiums, all with garages. Tanner’s Cove is a low maintenance community with lawn care and snow removal provided for the home owners. This community is within the Conner High School district and is close to I-275 and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. Tanner’s Cove has 62 total homesites valued at over $10 million. Tanner’s Cove will release for sale on Friday, February 2.
Sawgrass is a single-family Home community coming soon to Hebron, Kentucky. This $65 million development has 217 homesites. Fischer Homes will offer their Designer Collection of Homes which includes ranch homes, a five-level plan, two-story designs, and floorplans with first floor owner’s retreats. Sawgrass will play a key role in the growing community of Hebron and will be in close proximity to many employers in the area, including the growth seen from the upcoming Amazon Prime Air Cargo Hub. Sawgrass is in the Conner High School district. Sawgrass will be released for sale in Spring of 2018.
