Bob Toll: Most Housing Markets Recovering

Toll Brothers CEO recently told Jim Cramer that deposits to buy new homes have increased in the last five months.

Bob Toll, CEO of Toll Brothers, recently told Jim Cramer, host of MSNBC’s “Mad Money,” that deposits to buy new homes have increased in the last five months.

Cramer, who reiterated his prediction that the housing bottom will be June 30th, asked Toll whether the upturn is occurring throughout the country.

“It’s pretty much nationwide, except for a couple of markets that are still deader than doornails and probably will be for another year or two. I’d say that about 80 percent of the country seems to be on the way back.”
