Taylor Morrison will pay closing costs for homes purchased at a participating Atlanta area community as of June 1, 2018 - August 31, 2018, for qualified financed buyers when using Taylor Morrison’s affiliated lender, Taylor Morrison Home Funding, LLC, NMLS #149227; GA #45542. Select communities offering no closing costs on “to-be-built” homes include Townsend at Chamblee, Townsend at Lenox Park, Grandview Manor, Highlands at Sawnee Mountain, Lakeview at Laurel Springs, and Settler’s Lake.
