Hive 50 Honors

For breaking ground in making a community for triple-bottom-line future fitness, a holistic approach to profitably designing, developing, and manufacturing that benefits people and the planet.

What You Need To Know

Blockhouse|Life is a progressive housing consortium focused on developing smart, passive, compact, and affordable modular living communities. Engineered as a fully integrated system for the entire human experience while delivering an efficient, low impact assembly and easy installation without compromising the high level of performance. Units will be constructed using a Ground Control Smart Wall System, made from CLT panels and fitted with plumbing and electrical wiring during the manufacturing process. A smart wall, which will be manufactured through Spokane-based Vestis Systems, will be the heart and brain of each unit.
