The tool utilizes pre-designed building blocks and assembles them into a custom floor plan based on the client’s site and requirements, taking into consideration factors such as zoning, sun-paths, and geospatial data. Each ADU is prefabricated in a controlled factory environment while the foundation is laid, and the components are assembled to complete the structure over a 12-week period.
