Project Description
Hord Coplan Macht is leading the design of the Half Street mixed-use development at the gateway to Nationals Park. The project includes 460,000 sf of Class A mixed-use property located in Square 701 at Half Street SE and N Street SE in Washington, DC.
The scope includes a 312-unit apartment building over 60,000 sf of retail and a 127-unit condominium building. All of the construction will be over a three-level underground parking garage.
Hord Coplan Macht is providing architecture and landscape architecture services through entitlement, design and construction. The project will be developed in phases beginning with the parking garage, apartment building and retail space. The condominium will follow in a later phase.
